Joan QnẸde Edward: A Trailblazer in Fashion, Art, and Business
Joan QnẸde Edward, a Dubai-based expert in Fashion, Design, and Art, is the President and Creative Director of The QnẸde Group, a globally recognized and award-winning brand.
A former member of the Dubai Design and Fashion Council and the 2454 Abu Dhabi Creative Zone, Joan has also served as a guest trainer at prestigious fashion schools in Dubai.
Inspired by her mother and grandmother, who were both fashion designers, QnẸde began designing crafts at the age of six. Her journey, fueled by a childhood passion for needlework, has blossomed into a thriving international enterprise since the incorporation of her brand in 2006.
Her work, seamlessly blending innovation and artistry, has graced celebrities, media personalities, and entertainment projects across Africa and the Middle East. A dedicated trainer and mentor, she empowers aspiring designers and entrepreneurs through workshops, collaborations with local and global fashion brands, and government-backed skill development initiatives across the Middle East.
